This 2014 comes a new era of House Robot. In Malaysia we already know about Vacuuming Robot, but how about Window Cleaning Robot?
Ecovacs Malaysia recently release new version of winbot W730 to replace the previous model W710. The new improvement is this model could be use either frame or frameless glass. Its more flexible for Malaysian to use it now as a lot of resident especially in Klang Valley owned a futuristic & modern house with more frameless glass.
With a simple operation customer just need to stick it to the particular glass , let the LED lights turns blue then press start button.
With its artificial intelligent and all sensors provided, the Winbot will determine the glass perimeter and then decide the perfect way to cover the entire glass. Should any problem occur such as power cut or uneven glass or even cracked glass, the robot itself will try to find 'another way' or avoiding the certain 'dangerous' places. This function will safe this both us and the robot from fall off from the glass.
On 9th January 2014, Winbot were exhibited in CES Las Vegas. It attracts many audience for its uniqueness of cleaning concept available. Later in Malaysia, it became one of the best selling robot after Deebot D77. From this number, its clearly define that Malaysian is already excepting this kind of idea for better life and productivity.
